What you bring along:

  • First level university degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics or related areas is a plus, but not a must
  • Experience of organizing/ coordinating a filed team or similar relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques
  • Fair consumer electronics and retail environment knowledge
  • MS Office expert, Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent Hungarian and English is a must

What your R&R will be:

  • Organize and supervise day-to-day field force operation
  • Set-up the route plan, sellers training plan, promotion plan
  • Coordinate all the retail implementation processes (e.g. display samples rollout)
  • Follow and supervise the fixed process of collecting the retail data
  • Be in touch with field force at POS to customize and doublecheck the data collection process
  • Utilize the collected data for the reporting templates and provide daily/ weekly/ monthly reports

More about the position:

The Retail Coordinator is part of Field Force Management team providing service to Samsung Electronics. Field Force Management is a fundamental activity to maximize the consumer experience, brand engagement and conversion in retail environment. It mainly refers to activities of Merchandisers and Promoters. The Retail Coordinator main role is to organize the filed team of merchandisers and coordinators and communicate with their supervisors, to give them straight instructions in order to maintain and uplift mainly the retail visibility and promotion service. He/ she also needs to secure the data flow process – gathering data form retail and transforming them in reports. To ensure this the Retail Coordinator will handle a package of digital tools optimizing the processes. Furthermore he/ she will be in touch with client receiving directions and presenting results.
