The Account Manager is part of Field Force Management team providing service to Samsung Electronics. Field Force Management is a fundamental activity to maximize the consumer experience, brand engagement and conversion in retail environment. It mainly refers to activities of Merchandisers and Promoters. The Account Manager is the key person to ensure the smooth progress of the project and guarantee the client will receive all deliverables. Furthermore, needs to be a strong and independent personality with leadership skills to supervise a small office team. He/ she has to understand the value of the data and be able to deliver solutions out of them. The Account Manager cannot lack understanding of retail market processes, especially indirect sales channels and has to master brand-retail channel cooperation to maximize the sales, awareness and consumers experience of the brand’s products.
