What you bring along:

  • First level university degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics or related areas
  • 5 years of professional experience in Management/ Marketing/ Sales or related areas
  • Leadership abilities with experience of leading small back office team
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Fair consumer electronics and retail environment knowledge
  • MS Office expert, Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent Hungarian and English is a must

What your R&R will be:

  • Develop a communication paths with a client and build an excellent relationship standard
  • Keep daily contact with client regarding project progress and results
  • Continuous supervision of a small team, especially deliverables for client
  • Actively search for optimization of the field force service
  • Complex control of project budget and define the process of field force team audit and finance control
  • Set up mechanism of sub-vendor payroll control and execution
  • Manage sub-vendors HR services, relationship and contracts

More about the position:

The Account Manager is part of Field Force Management team providing service to Samsung Electronics. Field Force Management is a fundamental activity to maximize the consumer experience, brand engagement and conversion in retail environment. It mainly refers to activities of Merchandisers and Promoters. The Account Manager is the key person to ensure the smooth progress of the project and guarantee the client will receive all deliverables. Furthermore, needs to be a strong and independent personality with leadership skills to supervise a small office team. He/ she has to understand the value of the data and be able to deliver solutions out of them. The Account Manager cannot lack understanding of retail market processes, especially indirect sales channels and has to master brand-retail channel cooperation to maximize the sales, awareness and consumers experience of the brand’s products.
